Though they didn’t snag the title of Miss America, congrats are in order for 20-year-old Miss Oregon, Caroline McGowan, who is a Delta Gamma at Oregon State and for 22-year-old Miss California, Noelle Freeman, who is a Delta Gamma at Chapman University.
